Deep ruby red in color, fresh scent with notes of red fruit, balanced to the palate, soft with pleasant fruity aftertaste. Excellent when paired with red meats and cheeses.

Production technique: Grapes are picked up by heand during the first two weeks of October (1-20), vinification and maceration on skins with controlled temperature (26°/28°C), after that the wine mellows 6 months in cement and glass tanks
Organoleptic features: Intense ruby red colour, fresh and nice smell with red fruit notes, well balanced, soft and tasty
Coupling: Excellent with red meat and cheese
