Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; mild odor; dry, lively, neutral. Excellent when paired with fresh cheeses and white meat.

Microclimate: Typical mediterranean climate with rainfall in April, May and November; temperature between -5°C +37°C

Production technique: Grapes are picked up by heand during the first two weeks of October (1-20), vinification and maceration on skins with controlled temperature (14°/16°C), after that the wine mellows in inox steel tanks

Organoleptic features: The wine is pale straw yellow coloured with greenish highlights; delicate smell; dry, bustling taste

Coupling: Excellent with fresh cheese and white meat

Serving temperature: 18°/20°C
